Single sessions focused on improving specific skills: setting, defense, spiking, or serve/receive.
4 Week, 2 hour Sessions focused on both skill training and using it in game. 1hr training, 1 hour game time.
For non rep players who want more opportunity to compete and play in a fun league.
For younger players starting to learn volleyball wanting some early touches and practice.
